Room control kits can now be easily changed and replaced to keep the guest rooms open for business at all times.

To connect a new RCK to the Fleet Manager, select “Replace” on the “Room control kit” tab of the selected guest room. You can use the room control kit ID to pair the RCK with the system.

Usually, there is no need to change the RCKs, but if the need arises, we want to ensure that it can be done quickly. Request a spare part kit for the maintenance crew from your Mount Kelvin contact person to guarantee you always have backup components available.

All 401-D projects in Fleet Manager can now use water leak sensors to get instant notifications when flooding is about to happen.

If a water leak sensor is triggered, notifications are sent via SMS or email to chosen persons. Supported water leak sensors must use EnOcean protocol to connect with the system wirelessly, and the assignment is done in the same way as with the wireless switches.
